          第一招:蝴蝶式(暖身)

          坐下。双脚弯曲,左?#21307;?#25484;相对并拢;?#27835;?#20303;脚踝,身体往前靠直到碰地;慢慢深呼吸3次,靠腰部力量起来。这个动作能让你?#30007;?#24773;慢慢沉静下来。 

          第二招:牛头式 

          坐下,两腿向前伸?#20445;?#24038;脚跨过右大腿,放在右大腿旁(此时右小腿应在左大腿下方,?#21307;?#25484;压在左边臀部下方);身体打?#20445;?#21452;脚膝盖对叠在一起;左手向后放在背脊,右手上举向下向后弯曲,慢慢扣住左手;眼睛注视前方,自然呼吸,维持5秒钟;放松,?#25351;?#21407;来动作。左?#19968;?#36793;再做一次。牛头式可使脊椎挺?#20445;?#25913;善手脚肩部僵?#24067;?#22352;骨神经痛,增?#21487;?#21151;能。

          第三招:骆驼式
